Profile :
We are looking for candidates with International HR expertise and leadership skills.
* University degree in human resources management or a related field, complemented by strong business acumen and a solid understanding of corporate strategy.
* Proven expertise in executive development within multinational corporations, including designing and implementing high-potential and accelerator programs.
* Extensive experience working effectively in global and cross-functional teams, including managing external partnerships.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence executives and lead multiple complex initiatives successfully.
* Proven international leadership experience, fluent English skills, intercultural competence, and willingness to travel worldwide.
