YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Operation & Brand Excellence Full Ownership: Take 100% responsibility for the studio’s daily operations, ensuring the "Haus of HYROX" vibe is flawless. The Atmosphere: Define an outstanding training culture that matches the grit and glory of our Race experiences. Synergy Management: Work closely with the Head of Haus of HYROX (Restaurant/F&B) to create a seamless "Train & Fuel" journey for our members. Business Growth & Revenue New Revenue Streams: Identify and execute strategies to monetize the gym during public hours (memberships, drop-ins, corporate events). Budget & Controlling: Plan budgets, manage P&L, and handle reporting directly to the leadership team. Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the HYROX World GmbH marketing team to acquire new clients and scale the member base. Team Leadership & Programming Recruit & Lead: Build a world-class coaching team that lives and breathes the HYROX philosophy. Programming: Organize and execute training programs, specialized classes, and community events that prepare athletes for the finish line. Tech Stack: Set up and maintain the booking system, ensuring a frictionless user experience. YOUR PROFILE Experienced Leader: You have a proven track record in gym management or boutique fitness operations. Entrepreneurial Mindset: You don’t just manage; you build. You see revenue opportunities where others see empty floor space. HYROX Passion: You understand the sport, the community, and the specific demands of functional training.
