For a leading consulting client with multiple office locations across Germany, we are currently searching for Senior Consultants / Business Analysts / Requirements Engineers with experience in the pensions industry.
Your role:
* Advise clients from the insurance sector on the implementation of digital transformation projects (process and IT optimisation) in the field of pensions.
* Process consulting in all areas of digitalisation (e.g. mass processing, consulting tools, digital status notifications).
* Requirements gathering and management for software solutions, as well as support of the product owner in backlog management.
* Quality management through test management and technical acceptance phases
Your background:
* Completed degree in economics, business informatics or comparable qualification, e.g. training as an insurance and finance clerk
* A minimum of 5+ years professional experience in the insurance industry – good knowledge of the occupational pension business processes of a life insurance company and/or experience in dealing with IT systems, portals and their interfaces
* Experience in classic or agile project management
* Strong conceptual, methodical and analytical skills
* Customer-oriented thinking and acting
* Project-related willingness to travel
* Business fluency in German language (minimum C1)
