Hybrid working: Research, identify, and procure premium houses aligned with the brand and customer expectations (including setting up buyer advocate relationships as needed)
Provide creative direction during photo and video shoots to ensure compelling property presentation
Create storytelling elements and engaging content that highlight lifestyle opportunities offered by each property
Manage budgets and timelines to ensure efficient project delivery
Ensure property management and security are arranged prior to ownership transfer
Coordinate contract management and compliance with legal support
Bachelor’s degree in real estate / real estate related marketing, business, or equivalent field
~7–10 years of experience within the Real Estate environment (e.g. project management, development, marketing)
~ Experience in startups or fast-growth environments; Ability to build a pipeline of desirable properties that reflect the “German dream”
~ Strong design sense and awareness of lifestyle and aesthetic trends
~ Proficiency in project management tools and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
~ Creative mindset with a talent for storytelling and compelling visual content creation
~ Self-starter with a hands-on, adaptable, and resilient work style
