IT Systems Engineer Network (m/f/d) / IT Specialist System Integration (m/f/d)
Areas of responsibility
Your responsibilities
are part of the following processes within the service lifecycle in accordance with ITIL
* Service design (in particular capacity, information security, and availability management)
* Service transition (especially release, deployment, and test management)
* Service operation (especially incident and problem management at the 2nd/3rd level)
* Continual service improvement
Your focus will be on
* Conceptual expansion and modification of our modern IP network
* Sample configuration and support for all network components (LAN, WAN, WLAN)
* Configuration and support for the associated authentication servers and certificates
* Error analysis and troubleshooting in 2nd/3rd level support
* Support for IT security components in the network sector
Requirements profile
Your profile
* University degree in computer science, data technology, or communications engineering, or a degree as an IT specialist in system integration (m/f/d)
* Relevant professional experience in network design, configuration, and operation
* ITIL knowledge desirable
* Experience with HP and network authentication in LAN/WLAN an advantage
