Job Opportunity: Manage incorporation and administration of Luxembourg companies.
* Organize and maintain statutory records of Luxembourg companies
* Update Shareholder's registers
* Keep records with the Luxembourg R.C.S. up-to-date
* Document capital increases/decreases and subscriptions/redemptions
* Handle filing, listing, and tracking of corporate documents
* Prepare and document Board meetings and AGMs
* Prepare PoAs and other reporting documents
* Assist in liaison with banks for record updates and investment/divestment management
* Coordinate bank account openings and changes in signatory rights
* Assist in year-end procedures for internal and external audit
* Manage general correspondence with clients and 3rd parties
* Assist in preparation and filing of financials, tax returns, and statutory requirements
* Maintain a company database
* Support PE-Activities of the Group
* Collect and update KYC documentation
Requirements:
At least 3 years of prior experience in a similar position required.
