Craft unforgettable content: Support in content production for special events and key moments. Spark Ideas: Brainstorm, develop and push innovative designs and eye-catching visual concepts. What we’d love to see Design roots – a degree in Graphics/Design or a comparable creative background. Agency vibes – ideally 3 years of experience in a social media agency or a similar creative playground. Creative sense – a strong feel for audience-oriented design, social-first campaigns, scroll-stopping content and bold advertising ideas. Tool mastery – excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop & After Effects). Bonus if you bring Generative AI tools or Figma skills along. Passion & craft – you bring high creative standards, conceptual thinking and genuine love for design. Social native – TikTok is your second home, you’re fluent in digital culture and always spotting the next trend. Future-focused – innovative mindset, full of ideas, proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong pulse on social trends & new tech.
