Senior Commercial Manager, Hamburg OR Munich Fit-out ConstructionThe Resolute Group are proudly supporting a general contractor in the area of fit-out construction in the commercial building space, who are looking to expand their team in either the Hamburg or Munich locations.
Location: Hamburg, or Munich
Salary: DOE €70,000 - €80,000 basic + package
Role Responsibilities:Manage the full commercial lifecycle: respond to client RFQs, prepare and present proposals, oversee tender processes, and provide ongoing commercial and contractual support throughout project execution.Lead the commercial strategy for fit-out and refurbishment projects, ensuring profitability and cost control.Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and project financial performance.Oversee contract negotiation, risk management, and compliance with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.Provide commercial guidance to project teams, resolving issues and supporting successful project delivery.Track and report on project KPIs, P&L, and financial progress to senior management.Lead, mentor, and develop the commercial team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.Job Requirement
Qualifications / Requirements:Must have experience within a General Contractor setting.German language is essential, any application with anything less than a B2 in German will not be considered.Familiar with client requirements and strong with client liaison.Ideally degree qualified in a relevant field (i.e. construction, civil engineering, finance).Several years of experience in handling projects in interior design, building renovation and/or commercial construction.
