Job Description
As a Technical Purchaser (m/f/d), you will be responsible for procurement market research, tendering, negotiations, and contract closures. You will also handle both daily operations in technical purchasing as well as project work. Your tasks will include:
* Procurement market research, tendering, negotiations, and contract closures
* Daily operations in technical purchasing as well as project work
* Reporting and data maintenance
* Requests and price comparisons
* Analysis and optimization of purchasing processes
* Support for supplier selection and qualification regarding performance, quality, and delivery capacity
* Ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality standards for the procured products and services
* Monitoring stocks, budget targets, savings targets (KPIs)
* Participation in audits including documentation and measures processing
Required Skills and Qualifications
For this role, we require:
* A completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
* Previous experience in operational purchasing, preferably in a production company
* Technical background or advanced technical understanding
* Proficient use of MS Office applications, SAP knowledge is highly welcome
* Excellent communication skills in German combined with good English skills in writing and speech
* Cost- and quality-conscious behavior
