For the DACH market, we are looking for an Account Executive (m/f/d) who will thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment and bring expertise to a rapidly growing construction industry.

What your day will look like

Your Mission

1. Drive and achieve revenue targets within your assigned territory, focusing on an existing client base.
2. Manage the entire sales cycle — from initial contact to deal closure.
3. Collaborate closely with the Presales team to understand client needs and build tailored technical and commercial proposals.
4. Proactively nurture and grow existing customer relationships.
5. Work hand-in-hand with the Marketing team to support outbound campaigns and other lead generation initiatives.
6. Hunt and attract new customers


What You Bring to the Role?

7. You’re outgoing, result-driven, and energetic — with a strong hunter mindset and a hunger to succeed.
8. You know how to sell: persuasive, a strong negotiator, and an expert networker.
9. You’re proactive and self-sufficient — comfortable stepping out of your comfort zone and making things happen.
10. You have a client-first approach, with a flexible and solution-oriented mindset. You consistently follow up and motivate clients.
11. Willingness to travel is needed.
12. Fluent in German (daily working language) and proficient in English (used for internal collaboration and career growth) — both are mandatory.
13. Experience in the construction industry is a plus, but not required.
14. You bring 2–3+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions.


The Recruitment Process

15. Initial call with our HR/Recruitment team (in English)
16. Interview with your future manager
17. Case study presentation with your future team
18. Final meeting with the Head of Sales for the DACH region
19. We aim for a fast and efficient recruitment process (2–3 weeks max).
