Your Tasks
1. You will provide professional leadership to the HSE experts of Voith Hydro, both nationally and internationally, and foster close, goal-oriented global collaboration.
2. You will play a key role in occupational safety and significantly contribute to the continuous improvement of our safety standards.
3. You will develop and support the implementation of Voith AGU standards across the entire value chain to meet legal, normative, and customer-specific requirements.
4. You will manage AGU methods and systems, particularly for reporting, risk assessment, HSE compliance (e.g., Quentic), hazardous substances, and process management.
5. You will define AGU objectives and measures for Voith Hydro and oversee their implementation within the framework of projects.
6. You will be responsible for the further development and certification of the AGU management system (e.g., ISO, ISO ) in coordination with the Director of VH Quality Management Systems.
7. You will work closely with the global HSE team to develop group-wide strategies and successfully implement shared goals in health, safety, and environmental protection.
8. You will design and create target group-specific training materials to sustainably strengthen the safety awareness and professional competence of our employees.
Your Profile
9. You have a technical degree (e.g., safety engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, materials science) and professional experience in quality and HSE management – ideally with a focus on safety and environmental risk assessments.
10. You are a certified occupational safety specialist (Sifa).
11. You have in-depth knowledge of relevant laws, standards (e.g., ISO 1,, ), and regulatory requirements, and are qualified as an internal auditor (e.g., according to ISO ).
12. You work analytically, solution-oriented, and pragmatically – with a clear focus on customer needs and results.
13. Your excellent English skills and willingness to travel internationally (–%) complete your profile.
