Sales & Customer Service
* Active support and advice for our customers in their departments (Make Up, Skin Care, Hair Care, Fragrance) and beauty trends on the sales floor
* Living the Sephora Attitude (Welcoming, Knowing, Closing)
* Selling products through in-depth product knowledge and establishing customer relationships at eye level
* Passing on knowledge about products, trends and beauty news
Services
* Continuous further development of your own expertise

* Responsibility for the Beauty Hub
* Development of team looks to support brands, trends and animations
Operations
* Ensuring product presentation in accordance with visual merchandising specifications
* Assortment and merchandise maintenance
* Ensuring that the sales floor is fully stocked and preparing products for sale
* Cleaning the furniture and products on the sales floor
* Warehousing & stocking of goods in the warehouse and on the sales floor
* Support with the conversion/construction of merchandising updates
* Carrying out inventories
* Operating cash register
* Additional tasks related to the daily business
