Procurement Strategy Leader
A seasoned Procurement Strategy Leader is required to drive the development and execution of our procurement vision. This exciting opportunity allows you to build a team, shape processes, implement tools and define procurement strategies in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
* Design and implement end-to-end procurement frameworks;
* Collaborate with departments to align procurement with organizational objectives;
* Implement systems and analytics tools to monitor spend and performance;
* Ensure adherence to standards in all purchasing activities;
* Develop sourcing strategies for IT and Facilities services or infrastructure;
* Manage vendor relationships and negotiation processes;
* Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience (5+ years) in procurement, ideally with exposure to professional services or law firms;
* Strong background in sourcing IT and Facilities services or infrastructure;
* Fluency in English and French;
* Excellent negotiation, supplier management, and strategic planning skills;
* Experience in setting up procurement structures from scratch is highly valued;
* Experience in team management;
* Strong organizational and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
