Remote Technical Support Specialist for Pathology
We are seeking a highly skilled Remote Technical Support Specialist to join our team in the pathology department. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical assistance to our customers worldwide.
Job Description
* You will be the primary point of contact for customers requiring technical support, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
* Manage technical support phone lines and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues remotely, using your expertise to find innovative solutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including Field Service Engineers, Customer Application Specialists, Sales, and QA Complaints, to resolve problems efficiently.
* Utilize CRM systems to record and track customer interactions, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
* Participate in quality improvement projects to enhance our service offerings and drive excellence in customer satisfaction.
* Occasionally visit customers on-site to gain hands-on experience and support sales activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Master's, PhD, Medical Laboratory Technologist – Histopathology, or Field Service Engineer with experience in pathology laboratories.
* Excellent technical product knowledge and remote troubleshooting skills.
* Experience in a pathology laboratory or similar environment is preferred.
* Proficiency in computer and software applications.
