Experienced Hire:
* 5+ years of professional experience in a management consultancy or in a strategic role within a relevant industrial company or in projects in the energy industry
* Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills – including the ability to build trust and credibility with C-level personalities
* Extensive experience in defining and implementing Data & AI strategies and Data & AI solutions with a focus on the energy and utility industries, particularly in transmission, distribution, renewable energy, supply/retail, and generation.
* In-depth and practical expertise in artificial intelligence, generative AI, machine learning and advanced data processing to develop innovative data-driven solutions for operational and strategic challenges
* Proven experience in leading and successfully managing relevant projects with a focus on data-driven transformations
