Team / division overview:
The Fund CFO Specialist will contribute to the management of the finance and operations of ELTIF and secondaries products within DWS Alternatives. They will also take some responsibility for specific governance tasks related to Alternatives products.
Your responsibilities:
As a Fund CFO Specialist you will be:
1. Support product development process and participate in the set-up of structures,
2. Oversee product corporate administration,
3. Maintain and establish relationships with directors and officers, banks, administrators, legal and tax advisers,
4. Support legal and regulatory compliance functions of the business,
5. Ensure entities are properly capitalised and manage liquidity providing support to treasury activities,
6. Manage audit and tax reporting processes,
7. Oversee performance measurement and financial reporting including regular reporting to noteholders,
8. Implementation and maintenance of operating standards, processes and procedures,
9. Reviewing / responding to investor queries
10. Performing due diligence and KPI tracking for delegated providers
11. Contribution to the operation of the valuation process within the AIFM
We are looking for:

23. Ability to work to tight deadlines,
24. Good overall knowledge of asset management and holding companies.
Key Skills:
25. Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA) with at least 3 years PQE
26. Experience within the Alternative Investment Fund industry
27. Experience in fund of funds and multi-asset structures (preferably ELTIF) an advantage
28. Understanding of Alternative products, tax, legal and regulatory environment
29. Working knowledge of key governance topics in relation to AIFMD and Luxembourg
