The role of the function is to maintain BPAG overall credit portfolio monitoring and oversight quality standards in line with BPAG credit risk tolerance.
Your role
* Oversight and remediation of credit breaches (including margin call and collateral liquidation processes).
* Collateral management and monitoring at portfolio level.
* Act as a trusted advisor to First-Line colleagues on credit risk management-related matters, including Client Relationship Managers, Credit Structuring and Credit Transactions teams.
* Monitor post-approval conditions and develop solid understanding of BPAG credit portfolio.
* Coordinate with BPAG stakeholders any changes in Group Credit Risk Policy (including via trainings).
* Preparation of credit monitoring reporting for escalation and Management oversight.
Your profile
Qualifications and experience:
* University degree (Bac + 5 min) in the field of business administration with a focus on banking law, economics, finance or management.
* 3+ years’ experience in Wealth Management, consumer credit portfolio; funds industry experience, credit risk monitoring and/or credit risk sanctioning.
Specific knowledge:
* Good knowledge of investment products, including derivatives.
* Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Knowledge of Avaloq is a plus.
* Good knowledge of credit risk control and credit regulatory environment.
* Strong understanding of organisational and time management techniques.
Language skills:
* Fluent in English and French; command of another European language would be a plus.

* Solid judgment and independent thinking.
* Attention to detail.
* Organizational and follow up skills.
* Team player and with excellent interpersonal skills
