Responsibilities
As part of your role, we will entrust you with the following responsibilities:
* Development of the Project Master Schedule in line with project requirements and scope for offshore wind farm projects
* Maintaining and regularly updating the Project Master Schedule, including the preparation of planning reports for monthly project reporting
* Proactively identifying, flagging and reporting schedule risks and milestone deviations to the project team and relevant stakeholders
* Carrying out “what-if” scenario planning to support optimisation of project delivery
* Establishing and maintaining effective communication across project delivery teams, joint venture partners and other stakeholders
* Supporting and mentoring the professional development of junior colleagues
Requirements

* Completed university degree in a technical or engineering-related field, e.g. industrial engineering, engineering, project management or comparable
* Several years of experience in project planning within complex projects, ideally in offshore wind or large infrastructure / energy projects
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6 and additional project control functions, including cost control and resource loading
* Experience with project risk management processes
* Clear and concise communication skills in English, both written and verbal, combined with a structured and proactive working style
* Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
