Your Responsibilities:
* Design and develop innovative solutions for our products
* Create concepts, calculations, and production documentation
* Manage projects within the development process (planning & reporting)
* Collaborate with purchasing, assembly, product management, and sales
* Test and optimize prototypes, including evaluation of measurement results
* Work in international project teams and cooperate with universities and institutes
* Support product launches and integrate customer feedback
* Continuously improve processes
Your Profile:
* Degree in engineering (e.g., mechanical engineering) or equivalent qualification
* Experience in design and project coordination is desirable
* Proficient in 3D-CAD (CREO) and ERP systems
* Solid knowledge of MS Office and MS Teams
* Excellent English skills
* Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
* Willingness to travel and occasionally work overtime
