The Partnerships team is playing a pivotal role in driving this expansion through strategic alliances and ecosystem development. As Partner Manager (DACH), you will be responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing partnerships across the E-commerce ecosystem. The Role As Partner Manager, you will: Identify, initiate, and develop strategic partnerships within the E-commerce ecosystem (with a key focus on implementation agencies). Own relationship management for both existing and new partners, acting as the main point of contact. Work closely with Sales, Partner Onboarding, Marketing, and Product teams to launch and scale partnerships successfully. Design and execute co-marketing and lead generation initiatives (e.g. webinars, campaigns, events). Track and analyze partner performance using relevant KPIs and metrics. Build structured reporting and continuously optimize the partner strategy based on data and insights. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in Partner Management, Alliances, or Business Development, ideally in SaaS or E-commerce. Solid understanding of the E-commerce market, including marketplaces, platforms, distribution channels and implementation agencies. Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust across different stakeholder groups. Fluent German and English (written and spoken). Confidence working with KPIs, reporting, and performance metrics to drive decisions. Experience with CRM and analytics tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics) is a plus. Ability to engage decision-makers on eye level and build long-term partnerships.
