Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our products and services.
You will manage CAMO/MOE and quality procedures techniques, with full editorial responsibility. This includes proofreading EASA relevant job descriptions, procedures, and instructions regarding compliance with EASA, the Quality System of LUXAIR and legal regulations.
You will also plan, organize, and perform Airworthiness Reviews in accordance with EASA Part M Subpart I. Additionally, you will check and remind validity of documents to involved managers according to current regulations.
Your role will involve cooperating with department heads for IOSA, NAA audits, and finding rectification. You will also be an auditor for contracted and subcontracted Technics activities in consultation with the Quality department.
Furthermore, you will administer the Quality Auditing Tool, including system updates and Deficiency Reporting. You will lead, coordinate, and/or participate in projects within or on behalf of Technics and Return of Investment Calculations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Provide Bachelor in technical discipline or long-term experience in Engineering or Quality section of a CAMO or MRO.
* Very good knowledge of Technical Services internal processes.
* Excellent knowledge of EASA Part M and EASA Part 145 requirements.
* Attend and pass recurrent training according to area of activity.
* Accept Duty Travel.
* Familiar with standard office applications.
* Excellent communication skills in English and skills in French or German (spoken and written).
