Are you ready to design and drive how thousands of creators experience Maxon's award-winning software products (Cinema 4D, ZBrush, Red Giant, Redshift)?

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

We're looking for a bold, strategic, and data-driven Senior Customer Lifecycle Strategist to build and own our lifecycle function from the ground up — turning trials into loyal subscribers, subscribers into power users, and power users into brand advocates.

You will be the strategist, architect, and champion for growing customer value at every stage of the journey, blending big-picture vision with hands-on execution.

* Define and lead the long-term customer lifecycle strategy through onboarding, activation, retention, conversion, and win-back across an ecosystem of Maxon's products and aligned with Maxon's global business goals.
* Deliver seamless engagement across onboarding, activation, retention, conversion, and win-back campaigns.
* Collaborate with external partners and distributors to enhance engagement through partner CRM.
* Set clear KPIs, report results, and communicate insights to leadership with transparency and impact.
* Lead the selection, evaluation, set-up, and best practice in CL tools
* Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and develop feature roadmaps.
* Partner with finance to model ROI and justify investments.
* Architect and streamline cross-functional processes across Marketing, Data, Product, and Engineering teams to enable accurate event tracking, segmentation, targeting and messaging.
* Foster a culture of testing and learning with robust A/B frameworks and analytics.
* Build targeted customer journeys and segmentation strategies to maximize lifetime value.
* Iterate rapidly, measure outcomes, and scale successful initiatives.
* Grow and mentor a high-performing lifecycle marketing team over time.

What we are looking for:

* 4–6+ years' experience in customer lifecycle, CRM, growth, or retention within subscription/SaaS businesses.
* Proven success in building CL functions, ideally from scratch, in fast-paced digital environments.
* Strong analytical skills, expertise in segmentation and funnel optimization.
* Experience with CRM tools, plus interest in AI and automation.
* Exceptional organizational and documentation abilities.
* Skilled at working with global audiences and cross-cultural campaigns.
* A blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
* Collaborative communicator with leadership experience.
* Fluent in English — extra points for additional languages.
