PM-International, a leading European retail distribution company in health, fitness, and beauty is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to drive people growth and early-career recruitment. This role combines ownership of L&D initiatives with recruitment for junior profiles, while managing apprentices during their training within the company.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop Comprehensive Onboarding Programs: Create seamless integration into the company culture for new employees through comprehensive onboarding programs.
* Training Logistics Management: Oversee logistics to deliver high-quality learning experiences, manage external provider relationships, and ensure successful training outcomes.
* Employee Development Tracking: Monitor employee development plans, maintain accurate training records, and provide feedback to enhance performance.
* Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process for students, apprentices, and junior profiles, including job postings, interviews, and partnerships with educational institutions.
* Apprentice Management: Serve as the primary HR contact for apprentices, ensuring a smooth experience and successful completion of their training.
* Company Representation: Represent the company at job fairs and career events to promote the brand and attract top talent.
* Senior Recruitment Support: Assist the HR Operations and Recruitment Specialist in senior recruitment processes when needed.
Requirements
* Education: University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
* Certifications: Additional certifications in Learning & Development, Coaching, or Training Management are highly valued.
* Luxembourg Labor Law Knowledge: Strong understanding of Luxembourg labor law, especially in areas related to apprenticeships, training, and employee development.
* Experience: Proven experience in Learning & Development and recruitment, with a strong track record of delivering results.
* Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a people-first mindset; strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously; proficiency in HR systems is a plus.
* Language Skills: Fluency in English; French or German is a strong asset.
