Support customers in German through phone, email, chat, webforms, and social media
Handle both inbound and outbound customer contacts
Process new claims and assist with ongoing cases
Provide updates on approvals, denials, repairs, and replacements
Explain service terms, warranty coverage, and eligibility
Handle complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary
Update customer records and case notes in internal tools
Deliver professional and empathetic customer service every day
Requirements:
Native or near-native German skills
Good level of English
Strong communication and listening skills
Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented attitude
Good computer skills and ability to work across multiple systems
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with good accuracy
High school diploma or equivalent
Offer:
~ Gross salary of €1,300 per month
~ Productivity bonus of up to €200 gross per month, based on target achievement
~€450 gross bonus upon training completion, paid once with the second payment cycle
