Tasks
* In the first step, you will conduct a literature review on the physical principles of the various technologies of Carbon Capture of point-sources.
* You will work independently on the development of semi-empirical models for the different Carbon Capture technologies
* You validate the Model with available data from literature.
* You use MatLab/Simulink to build the model
* You document your work as part of a master's thesis
Qualification
* You are an enrolled master's student in the field of mechanical engineering or comparable fields of study.
* You have good written and spoken German and English skills, as well as good MS Office skills
* You have very good knowledge of MatLab/Simulink
* You are motivated and have an independent and goal-oriented way of working
