As the world's largest affiliate in the dating market, we operate 200 websites across 12 languages, specializing in driving high-quality traffic and simplifying purchasing decisions with effective marketing funnels.

* Own and optimize medium to large SEA accounts, ensuring profitability, strong margin levels, and healthy account growth
* Maximize profitability and proactively communicate account performance based on traffic mix, bucket, and keyword quality
* Plan, execute, and continuously improve SEA campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads
* Maintain account hygiene and apply SEA best practices consistently
* Translate data into actionable insights and contribute to strategic SEA development
* Share learnings across the team and help build a knowledge-driven culture
* Identify growth opportunities and flag risks to inform broader business decisions
* Hands on experience managing and scaling SEA campaigns with a performance-driven mindset
* Data-driven outlook with strong analytical skills to turn campaign data into actionable insights
* Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms, including practical skills with Google Ads Editor and Excel/Google Sheets
* Excellent communication skills in English and German (C1+)
* Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with other teams
* Open to feedback, self-aware, and eager to grow
* Creative problem solver with an eye for detail and a hands-on mentality
