Develop and continuously improve methods for adjustment, diagnostics, functional testing, and performance verification, bringing your own ideas to make our hardware perform at its best
Design and implement robust diagnostics and adjustment solutions in a modern C++ environment, tightly integrated with advanced hardware
Bring up and stabilize new hardware generations using prototypes, R&D tools, and state-of-the-art lab equipment at the forefront of current technology
Connect development, production, and customers as a technical bridge: roll out solutions, support manufacturing sites and customer systems worldwide
Analyze production and field data to detect issues early, improve manufacturability, and continuously push performance to technical limits
Your QualificationsDegree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong C++ skills and a good grasp of object-oriented design principles
Solid understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals and measurement techniques
Analytical, data-driven mindset: you enjoy finding root causes and turning insights into improvements
Enjoy working across disciplines, collaborating closely with hardware, software, and manufacturing colleagues at eye levelTeam-oriented mindset: grow continuously by sharing and learning together with your team members
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, etc.)
German language skills
