Your ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain automation solutions for PMO processes and toolchainsConfigure, customize, and optimize Jira and Confluence to support project and portfolio management workflowsCreate and maintain an PMO-AI strategy and AI use cases for the PMO Team and train the teamDevelop scripts, integrations, and connectors using REST APIs (Jira, Confluence, Office 365, etc.)Implement workflow automation across tasks and processesMaintain and enhance PMO tooling landscape, ensuring stability, performance, and usabilitySupport users with tooling expertise, troubleshooting, and best practice guidanceCollaborate with PMO, IT, and engineering teams to translate process flows into technical solutionsKeep up to date with industry PMO tooling trends
Your QualificationsDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical fieldExperience in PMO environments, project management tooling, or enterprise tool administration is beneficialGood communication skills and ability to collaborate across teamsAdvanced English and German language skillsExperience with Office 365 automation & Atlassian Tools (Jira and Confluence)Experience with CoPilot, AI toolingProficiency in scripting languages, Python preferred
