Senior Manager Digital Experience Europe (m/f/d)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Own the Birkenstock.com Browse and Decide for Europe: launch new and optimize existing touchpoints, create engaging user journeys, drive discovery and conversion-based KPIs.
2. Define the Browse and Decide strategy, including integration into the rest of the funnel, touchpoints' purpose, goals, and KPIs framework.
3. Own, drive, and optimize Digital Visual Merchandising for Birkenstock.com, including launching new products.
4. Manage relevant tech stack for experience optimization (Constructor, Optimizely).
5. Own and optimize Navigation and Search experiences.
6. Use data to drive decision-making and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver relevant insights.
7. Monitor, analyze, and report on Browse and Decide performance.
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
8. Strong ownership and decision-making skills
9. Strategic thinking with a data-driven mindset
10. Experience in Digital Visual Merchandising, UX, and eCommerce platforms
11. Excellent communication and stakeholder management
12. Ability to lead projects and collaborate cross-functionally
13. Hands-on experience with tools like Constructor and Optimizely
14. Leadership experience, including managing direct reports
