Assistant to IT Management (m/w/d) | Temporary HUGO BOSS AG | Metzingen near Stuttgart | Germany | Full-time/Part-time Are you an organizational talent looking for an exciting opportunity to grow within a dynamic and motivated team? Join HUGO BOSS as an Assistant to IT Management and become an integral part of our Global IT department, supporting your colleagues with essential administrative tasks. The position is temporary for 2 years. What you can expect: Coordinate the VP’s calendar by scheduling meetings, organizing events such as division townhalls, arranging travel, and efficiently handling ad-hoc requests Manage the VP’s email inbox and correspondence at both national and international levels within the HUGO BOSS network and with external partners Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism Serve as a representative for the SVP Assistant in the IT Assistant Office Undertake administrative tasks for the IT division, including business administration, procurement and accounting, IT training coordination, and user administration Create and review management presentations for the supported VP domains LI-YC1 Your profile: Completed vocational training or equivalent studies in Business or IT Preferably, experience in a similar role Demonstrates teamwork, proactivity, flexibility, and reliability in work style Known for organizational talent and professionalism Proficient in MS Office, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently, managing specific subject areas autonomously Your benefits: We offer a competitive salary and attractive benefits, including vacation and Christmas bonuses, a mobility allowance / Deutschlandticket, an annual clothing allowance, a company pension scheme, and our SHIP share program.
