We are seeking an experienced HR professional to take on a critical business partnering role in our Luxembourg office. In this position, you will work closely with senior leaders and managers to drive strategic alignment between business objectives and HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate and implement effective employee lifecycle management processes, including onboarding, performance management, career development and offboarding procedures
* Coordinate and facilitate regular performance reviews; provide coaching to line managers and employees to enhance their skills and productivity
* Develop and execute strategies to boost employee engagement, retention and overall workplace culture
* Advise on HR policies, employment law and industry best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risks
* Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights that inform business decisions
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
* A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an HRBP or generalist HR role, preferably within professional services, finance or consulting
* Strong understanding of Luxembourg labor laws and HR best practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive approach with problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
* Fluency in French and English; German is an asset
