Job Overview
This role is responsible for providing administrative support to a team of professionals.
* Administrative Management: Manage the administrative activities of the division, including coordinating internal and external meetings and appointments.
* Document Preparation: Prepare, distribute, and file documents and reports prepared by the division staff.
* Statistical Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date statistics and work plans.
* Compliance: Ensure compliance with established procedures.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with other administrative assistants within the division and department.
* Event Planning: Organize staff meetings, teleconferences, and other events.
* Financial Assistance: Assist in preparing simple financial reports and handle invoices and expenses.
The successful candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
