Your tasks:
The position aims to provide support and prompt processing of quality and complaint-related cases. The focus is on friendly and timely customer service and customer- and company-oriented action.
Focus on customer complaints regarding delays, transport damage, used goods and goodwill
1. Receiving and processing incoming customer complaints by email and telephone
2. Verbal and written communication with customers
3. Delivery of components
4. Returns processing
5. Approval of cost estimates
6. Invoice verification
Focus on ERP system
7. Creation of a complete problem report
8. Creation of spare parts or repair orders from a problem report
9. Creation of invoices
10. Creation of return slips and credit notes
11. Financial settlement of complaint processes
Others
12. Support with inventory
13. Training of trainees in this area
14. Information & communication with the sales department
Your skills:
With this knowledge you will strengthen our team.
15. Training in commercial or engineering ideally as an industrial clerk or bachelor or master’s degree Commercial / Technical education
16. First professional experience in Customer Quality
17. Training and further education in the field of complaint management
18. Customer oriented strong communication skills desirable
19. Experience in Project Management
20. Good IT skills (MS Office, e.g. Excel, ERP system)
21. Good language skillsin English and German, spoken and written
