* Communicate key messages and technical findings clearly to senior management, enabling informed decisions and effective remediation actions.
* Own senior collaborator relationships throughout the Siemens businesses, Regions and Functions.
* Coach, mentor, and develop talent, acting as a career coach and leader for a high-performing, inclusive team culture.

* Represent Siemens externally at relevant cybersecurity conferences – both as participant and speaker – building thought leadership for the practice.
Your success is grounded in:
* 15+ years of professional experience within Siemens, a relevant industry, or a Big4 (or comparable) firm.
* Relevant experience in cybersecurity audit and audit methodology.
* Strong track record of continuous learning and staying current with trends in cybersecurity in a fast-changing environment. This includes a keen understanding of how AI is transforming cyber threats and defense strategies.
