As Assistant Bar Manager at Edmondo in Hamburg, you will support daily bar operations, coach the team and help deliver high standards while developing your management skills in an international restaurant group.
This role is designed for hospitality professionals who want to combine operational excellence with team leadership.
Your role & responsibilities
You support the Bar Manager in leading daily bar operations:
* Ensure smooth and efficient service execution
* Support, coach and motivate the bar team during operations
* Supervise bar setup, opening and closing procedures
* Monitor quality, presentation and consistency of drinks
* Support inventory control and stock management
* Contribute to onboarding and training of team members
* Ensure hygiene, safety and operational standards are respected
* Work closely with restaurant management to deliver excellent guest experiences
This role offers clear development opportunities towards Bar Manager positions within the group.
What we’re looking for
* Previous experience in bar operations and team coordination
* Experience as Senior Bartender, Supervisor or Assistant Bar Manager is a plus
* Passion for hospitality and guest experience
* Ability to lead by example during service
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Commercial awareness and operational mindset
* Reliable, proactive and solution-oriented attitude
