The opportunity in a nutshell:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Recruiting to lead our global recruitment efforts for DHL Consulting and DHL Data & Analytics. This strategic role involves overseeing recruiting operations across multiple countries, ensuring we attract and retain top talent. The position is based in Bonn, with flexible remote work options in Germany.
1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and update recruiting strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on quality, efficiency, and diversity. Implement advanced recruitment technologies, including AI-driven tools.
2. Team Management: Lead and mentor recruiters across various locations, supporting their professional development.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand talent needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
4. Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience and adherence to process standards.
5. Performance Metrics: Track KPIs to measure recruitment effectiveness and implement continuous improvements.
6. Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing to enhance employer brand through marketing strategies, social media, and industry events.
7. Diversity and Inclusion: Promote initiatives to build a workforce reflecting our values and community.
Minimum requirements:
* University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* 8+ years in recruitment, with at least 3 years in leadership, preferably in consulting or data analytics.
* Proven success managing international recruitment across cultures.
* Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, tools, and technologies.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Structured, analytical working approach.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
* Proficiency with ATS and recruitment software.
* Fluent in English; German skills are a plus.
* International work experience is preferred.
