As a Category Development Analyst in our Purina Baltics team, you’ll turn complex data into clear insights that shape category growth and support winning commercial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Analysing Distribution, Placement and Pricing data of the Category to deliver insights and recommendations for Sales to ensure Purina portfolio competitiveness across the channels and customers.
* Supporting Key Account Managers with data, analysing, insights, and recommendations in preparation for Category assortment reviews.
* Evaluating the effectiveness of trade activities through pre and post-evaluations, overviewing insights and making recommendations.
* Preparing merchandising guidelines.
* Participating in preparation and implementation of Category development projects with Key customers
* Participating in Customer meetings with Sales to present Category insights and development activities.
* Collaborate closely with local cross functional team (Sales, Category Management, Marketing, Business Controlling, Demand Planning etc.).
Requirements:
* Strong analytical skills to gather valuable insights and draw meaningful and actionable conclusions from them.
* Advanced proficiency in excel and proven experience working with big data sets.
* Practical experience working with e-commerce.
* Great planning skills and task prioritization.
* Effective communication skills and ability to clearly present insights to internal and external stakeholders.
* Initiative-taking team-player with fast learning abilities.
* You are proficient in both written and spoken English language.
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in FMCG (Sales, trade, marketing, finance, or other retail experience would be considered an advantage).
