We’re looking for a hands-on, dynamic Assistant Restaurant Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to roll up their sleeves, inspire a team, and deliver unforgettable guest experiences every day!
Your Mission
As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you are the heart and soul of our café’s daily operations.
You’ll work closely with the General Manager supporting the senior business leader in upholding all brand standards, core values, and meeting or exceeding our owners’ objectives.
You’ll be a key player in asset management, team leadership, and driving the business forward with an entrepreneurial spirit.
What You’ll Do
* Lead the Charge: Be the go-to leader for all things café—operations, service, and atmosphere—ensuring every guest leaves with a smile (and a story).
* Financial Savvy: Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial metrics and help achieve the café’s key performance goals.
* Sales & Marketing Magic: Work closely with the sales team to execute marketing plans and help grow entrée counts year after year.
* Team Mentor: Coach and mentor junior managers and staff, helping them understand and achieve our financial and service goals.
* Operational Excellence: Work with the GM to set a clear direction, identify opportunities, and tackle challenges head-on.
* Brand Champion: Ensure every product and service is delivered to brand standards—consistently and with flair!
* Build a Dream Team: Help attract, retain, and develop top talent, placing them where they can shine brightest.
* Guest Advocacy: Foster a culture where every team member puts the guest first—always.
* Feedback Fanatic: Respond to guest feedback from all channels (social media, email, in-person) with speed and hospitality.
* Change Agent: Champion new initiatives and lead the team through change with enthusiasm and clarity.
* Performance Pro: Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and hold your team accountable for outstanding performance.

Who You Are
* Experience: Proven track record in restaurant or hospitality front-line operations.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business, or Culinary preferred.
* Skills:
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills (peers and supervisors will vouch for you!)
* Consultative and collaborative—you work well across all departments.
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
* Problem-solving wizard—you diagnose issues and deliver solutions.
* Aspiring to grow into a General Manager role.
