Customer Training & Application Support Specialist - Rheology

The company is a global leading manufacturer of analytical instruments including rheology, thermal analysis, calorimetry, and thermophysical properties analysis.
The Position:
Responsible for the planning, preparation and implementation of customer training courses, seminars and online courses for various methods of rheology and thermal analysis.
You will impart product and application-specific knowledge to customers in courses and conduct demonstrations on-site at the customer's premises or in the application laboratories in Selb.
Support the application laboratory during customer visits and contract measurements.
Create application notes and scientific publications for specialist journals.
Represent the company at trade fairs and conferences
The position is located at the site in Selb, with 50% travel time to customer sites in Germany.
