The role of an HR Business Partner is to facilitate the alignment of talent strategy with business objectives.


About the Job

As a key member of the Human Resources team in Luxembourg, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to leadership. This involves working closely with line management to understand workforce needs, championing HR processes, and ensuring compliance with local legislation.

* Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
* Conduct regular meetings with business units to identify needs and challenges, and provide solutions.
* Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues using thorough and objective methods.
* Provide day-to-day performance management support to managers and employees.
* Partner with Talent Development to identify training needs and develop workforce growth initiatives.
* Foster positive work relationships, improve morale, productivity, and retention by promoting a supportive work environment.
* Ensure HR policies are clearly communicated and interpreted throughout the organization.
* Consult with internal counsel on sensitive personnel matters to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Develop employment terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
* Align HR practices with the company's Talent & Reward policies to optimize business outcomes.
* Provide insights on workforce planning, succession planning, and business restructuring to inform organizational decision-making.


What You Need To Succeed

We're looking for an experienced HR professional who possesses the following qualifications and skills:

* At least 3 years of experience in handling complex employee relations issues.
* Fluency in English and French (German is a plus).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
* Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and proactive in problem-solving.
* Creative thinker with a structured approach to managing workload.
