Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding technical support to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
* Diagnose and resolve technical problems quickly and effectively.
* Document all customer interactions accurately within our CRM system.
* Engage with customers to understand their concerns and deliver tailored solutions.
* Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and troubleshoot complex issues.
* Participate in ongoing training to enhance your technical knowledge and customer support skills.

Requirements
* Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
* Strong communication skills and a customer-first mentality.
* Experience in technical support or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
