Your tasks
8. Systematic assessment of current and target processes, e.g., interviews and workshops, as well as identification of gaps and optimization potential.
9. Creation of consistent process models in BPMN 2.0, including interfaces, roles and IT systems, in coordination with specialist departments, IT and program organization.
10. Close collaboration with specialist departments and external partners to ensure a shared understanding of processes and to translate technical requirements into implementable process designs.
11. Supporting business readiness and transformation by deriving action requirements, e.g., training, organizational adjustments, change and communication measures, etc.
Your profile
12. Solid knowledge of process management and process modeling
13. Experience in capturing, analyzing, and modeling business processes using BPMN 2.0, ideally in BIC Process Design.
14. Understanding of IT system landscapes, interfaces and transformation projects
15. Ability to reconcile professional processes with technical solutions
16. Excellent moderation skills and communication skills
17. Analytical thinking skills and a structured work approach
18. High degree of independence, methodical approach and problem-solving skills
