Innovative thinkers and pioneers in their field are invited to join us as Supplier Manager Repair. As a key member of our team, you will lead repair activities across all products provided by Contract Manufacturers (CMs).
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing repair negotiations and contracting with suppliers
* Reviewing and mitigating low performance in time, cost, and quality
* Leading repair-related performance evaluations and supplier development
* Taskforce/Project Management, including internal and external stakeholders
* Operational procurement tasks, such as purchase order generation and tracking, buy/sell activities, invoice and payment tracking
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* A Master or Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a similar field
* Supply chain and supplier management skills, preferably in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) or Assembly services
* Negotiation skills, able to drive win-win solutions
* Operational procurement experience
* Superior communication skills, fluent in English and German (verbal and written)
* Data analysis skills, with experience in MS-Office and reporting/dash boarding
