* You will be part of the HR Team in Germany and collaborate closely with the international recruitment team, inside of the OVHcloud HR department
* You will work within the European clusters, which focus on commercial and industrial activities such as sales, prospecting for new customers, marketing solutions, and data center management.
* You will work closely with all your partners, whether they are in human resources, operational managers, or department directors.
Your main responsabilities
* You will be responsible for external and internal recruitment within your scope: Key Account Manager, Business Developer, Pre-sales Engineer, DC IT Technician, Office Manager etc.
* You will independently manage the entire recruitment process (from identifying needs to signing the letter of offer).
* You will ensure a positive candidate experience by supporting your future talent throughout the process.
* You will be familiar with the strategic challenges within your scope in order to ensure the best match between the skills sought and the talent presented.
* You will advise hiring managers at each stage of the process (gathering requirements, redefining requirements, interviews, negotiations, etc.).
* You compile all the KPIs for your area (time to fill, number of hires, sources of applications, etc.) in order to provide your analysis and implement an action plan with a view to continuous improvement,
* Together with the Country HR Manager, you will implement employer branding measures supporting the recruiting targets and KPIs, such as recruiting events, partnerships with schools etc.
* You represent OVHcloud at recruitment/employment events.
Your future impact
In 6 months, you will have accomplished:
* The arrival of new talents within the clusters,
* The management of internal mobility within your scope,
* Support the launch of new offices in Berlin,
* And create your own network within the company.
In one year, you will have mastered:
* All of OVHcloud's HR processes,
* Comprehensive awareness of job roles and effective recruitment strategies for those roles,
* Co-facilitation of cross-functional projects (school relations, recruiting event, crossboarding, HR development, etc.).
Required skills
* At least 5 years' experience in similar roles in a consulting firm or company and in an international context
* Knowledge of the commercial and industrial sector in the German market
* Proficiency in sourcing and direct approach techniques
* English and German (minimum C1)
* French is a plus
* Forward-thinking attitude and mindset for overseeing initiatives
* Rigorous and analytical
* Ability to work independently in a growing environment
The following are a plus:

* Knowledge of SAP,
* Knowledge of cloud technologies and customer service services.
