Job Description What are you going to do as an engineering manager? Lead autonomous, high-performing engineering teams to deliver high quality results! Working with your Product and UX manager peers in (or out of) the product group, you'll set and monitor goals and deliver results in line with the objectives of the product and technology function at TOPdesk. You'll provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams, ensuring adherence to software development best practices and for productivity improvements. You'll lead your teams in the planning process and ensure successful execution and timely delivery of solutions. You'll also add technical roadmap items and maintain the technical depth of the product area under your responsibility. As our new engineering manager, you'll excel at fostering professional growth and development. You're an empathetic leader who understands and addresses the needs or concerns of your team. You'll be adept at coaching and mentoring engineers as well as communicating and engaging with the product and technology leadership team. You will take charge of the staffing process, from hiring to assessments, ensuring you build a strong, skilled team.
