Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP PP/DS Consultant to join our consulting team. In this senior-level role, you will leverage your extensive expertise in SAP Production Planning and Demand & Supply Planning modules to drive transformational projects for our clients. You will work with leading organizations to optimize their supply chain operations, implement best practices, and maximize the value of their SAP investments. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact implementations while mentoring junior consultants and contributing to the strategic direction of our consulting practice.

* Design, configure, and optimize SAP PP/DS modules to align with client business requirements and supply chain strategies
* Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and go-live support
* Analyze current supply chain processes and identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency gains, and cost optimization
* Develop detailed functional specifications and process documentation for PP/DS functionality
* Conduct workshops with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into SAP solutions
* Provide expert guidance on demand planning, production scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain integration
* Perform data analysis and reporting to validate system performance and support decision-making
* Mentor and support junior consultants on project teams, sharing knowledge and best practices
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between PP/DS and other SAP modules
* Maintain current knowledge of SAP updates, enhancements, and industry trends in supply chain planning
* Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for additional engagements

Qualifications


**Required Qualifications:**

* Minimum 7+ years of professional experience with SAP PP (Production Planning) and DS (Demand & Supply Planning) modules
* Fluent German language proficiency (written and verbal communication)
* Proven expertise in SAP implementation projects, from design through deployment
* Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes, demand forecasting, and production scheduling
* Strong client-facing and communication skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders
* Experience with process optimization and change management methodologies
* Proficiency in SAP tools and reporting capabilities (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Crystal Reports)
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based supply chain solutions
* Industry experience in manufacturing, automotive, consumer goods, or pharmaceutical sectors
