As a Fund Company Secretary Intern, you will assist in preparing board resolutions, shareholder meetings, and corporate files. You will also maintain statutory registers and handle daily tasks for companies.
Your role requires:
* Drafting basic board resolutions/board meeting minutes in relation to main corporate events
* Preparing shareholders' resolutions/minutes of shareholders' meetings
* Working within deadlines and collaborating with juniors and seniors
* Maintaining statutory registers and corporate files
* Handling day-to-day company operations and responding to client requests
You must possess:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or Finance
* Fluency in English and basic knowledge of French
* Rigorous, proactive attitude with excellent communication skills
* Ability to work effectively within a team and manage daily challenges
* Understanding of Luxembourg's fund industry and its key players, as well as basic knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
