Medical Affairs Applied Research and Co-Creation Lead (m/f/d)
As a key player in our Medical Affairs team, you will gather and analyze information and data to provide actionable insights that drive innovation and decision making in collaboration with R&D. You will support the initiation of co-creation projects with external partners and assist in planning and executing research projects aligned with strategic goals. Your role involves engaging with stakeholders to gather insights, building relationships with thought leaders, and monitoring industry trends to inform research strategies. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless operations and support the development of innovative solutions. Your collaborative approach will foster knowledge sharing and idea generation, ensuring optimal resource allocation to maximize research output and innovation.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Gather and analyze data to provide actionable insights that inform and drive innovation
2. Support R&D Contrast Media Research and Innovation Engine in initiating co-creation projects with selected external partners
3. Assist in the planning and execution of research projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
4. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and feedback on research initiatives
5. Build strong relationships with thought leaders and experts to support collaboration and knowledge exchange
6. Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform research strategies
7. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless research operations.
8. Virtually lead a global community of Medical Affairs Experts in assessing and evaluating innovation opportunities
WHO YOU ARE
9. Medical degree, with imaging-related board certification preferred
10. Well networked in the international scientific imaging community
11. Understands key aspects of innovation in the imaging space
12. Deep understanding of GCP and GMP rules
13. Expert in clinical trials and medical studies
14. Ability to think critically and creatively, challenge the status quo, and drive change
15. Ability to work with stakeholders to drive the release of medical deliverables and manage ambiguity
16. Medical Affairs experience preferred
17. Change Management and Influencing skills with the ability to gain sponsorship for change and work as a change agent to effectively drive change
18. English fluent; verbally and in writing
