The e-commerce division of Gram Group for the DACH region, is looking for a proactive and technically-minded Internal Sales Representative to support our fast-growing online sales operations in Germany and Austria. This is a key role for a motivated individual who enjoys both technical sales and providing excellent customer support in a digital-first environment.
We do this not only through cutting-edge products, but also by focusing on e-commerce as our primary sales channel—something very rare in our sector.
Sales support: Enter customer orders into our systems and ensure excellent after-sales support via phone and email.
Work closely with the sales and technical teams to stay aligned on strategy, product developments, and customer feedback.
Experience in e-commerce or online customer interactions is a strong plus, but not mandatory.
Native-level German is required. Either English or Spanish proficiency is beneficial, especially for communication with colleagues.
