Job Description Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and continuously enhance data-driven CRM campaigns in collaboration with IT and country teams. Build and manage automated and adhoc campaigns across channels such as email, app push, and more. Act as an Innovation driver for other markets by introducing new campaigns in our markets Monitor and analyze campaign performance, translating insights into actionable optimization strategies focused on segmentation and personalization. Leverage and maintain data across multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and supporting the evolution of technical infrastructures. Lead A/B testing initiatives and refine communication strategies based on results. Create, update and disseminate documentation of results, workflows, processes and best practices across Metro countries. Advocate for a data-driven culture by promoting performance-based optimization. Foster a CRM community across countries, driving collaboration and knowledge sharing.
