SAP HCM Consultant (Junior / Senior) (m/f/d)

We are currently hiring one SAP HCM Consultant (Junior or Senior level) to join a growing consulting environment supporting a diverse customer base across Germany.
You can choose to be based in the office location that best suits you.

Your Responsibilities
* Support and advise clients on SAP HCM modules (e.g. PA, PY-DE, PT, OM, ESS/MSS)
* Analyse, optimise, and further develop existing SAP HCM systems
* Take ownership of sub-projects or work packages after onboarding
* Configure and maintain personnel administration, payroll, and time management processes
* Provide remote and occasional on-site support to customers
* Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders
✅ Your Profile
Must-have requirements:
* Hands-on experience with SAP HCM (especially PA, PY-DE and/or PT)
* German language skills (minimum B2 level)
* Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany (up to 20%)
* Junior: 0–2 years | Senior: 4+ years of SAP HCM experience
Nice to have:
* SAP SuccessFactors or Employee Central Payroll experience
* Basic ABAP knowledge
* English skills
Work Model
* Hybrid setup: 2–3 days per week home office
* Office presence required (no full remote option)
* You can choose your base location among: Frankfurt area, Hamburg, Dortmund, Munich, or Stuttgart
* Occasional travel within Germany (approx. 20%)
Compensation & Benefits
* Salary range: €60,000 – €120,000 gross/year (depending on experience)
* Permanent, full-time contract
